HR Manager



Responsibilities:

* Manages and maintains HR daily activities and submit report to General Manager
* Manages the system, policy and procedures for employee and industrial relation throughout the company
* Develop and conduct HR processes include recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, and organization development
* Planning all necessary actions in order to solve problems that may arise in the field of HR arrive at working solution
* Defines and follow up training strategy for business improvement



Requirements:

* Male/Female, below 40 years old
* S1, majoring in psychology or human resources management
* At least 5 years of experience at the same position preferable in manufacturing company
* Strong in analysis, development and management skill
* Good understanding of manpower regulation
* Strong communication and willing to work hard independently
* Computer literate
